There has been an increase in cases of COVID-19 in Europe which have resulted in a range of fo stricter measures across the continent. This will impact the economy going forward and slow down a European recovery into year-end as lawmakers face pressure to impose tougher lockdowns.

The number of COVID cases in Australia and China is more contained than in Europe and that should support the AUD into year-end.

Therefore expect EURAUD sellers at market.
